Richard has been a wonderful help in several civil disputes I have unfortunately had to battle through over recent years.  Despite my waffle on the telephone, Richard is a patient listener and doesn’t apply any pressure during discussions and considers the key points and arguments in the hope of finding a solution.  Richard is excellent at re-drafting letters and particulars of claim and amending and refining text through adding key words to assist in the final delivery.

Richard overall is a very nice person to talk to and excellent in his delivery of written words and helps to defuse any emotional tension in the air and concentrate on the clear arguments.  Richard has vast legal experience and legal knowledge and I would highly recommend Richard to help solve a legal dispute.
