About Richard
Experience
Richard Green was in practice as a Solicitor from 1973 until 1999.
He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1993 and sat part time in the County Court on the South Eastern Circuit until 1998.
He became the senior partner of and managed an 8 partner 4 offices Sussex practice in 1990.
Since 1996 Richard has been a Legal Consultant assisting individuals, companies, churches and charities.
Richard has wide experience in over 26 years of legal practice.
Interests
He is a practising Christian.
Richard Green is conscientious and cares about people and their needs and manages A Legal Hand to be user friendly and to ensure that this Service exceeds your expectations.
Richard is a keen classical musician and plays both Piano and Pipe organ music publicly.
He is an amateur club tennis player and off road cyclist and walker.
He enjoys travel worldwide and spends other free time on British and European holidays in his motorhome.
He is actively involved in his local Church and is a volunteer legal advisor to several churches and charities and gives talks on law and legal topics to local groups.
He is also a keen amateur artist, painting in acrylic and oils on canvas and specialising in Sussex landscape and seascape pictures which he exhibits.

Richard provides private one to one law tuition to students from GCSE courses to Degree level and lessons taken on a one to one basis, over the internet, by post or by telephone.
He has taught law to adults in further education part time on college courses as well as private agency and personal law tuition. He has been an examiner in law for one of the Major National Examining Boards.
As a legal academic Richard writes topical law articles which are published in nationally distributed legal Journals.
He holds a City and Guilds of London Institute teaching diploma in further education and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors. He also gives talks to local groups on legal topics.
